Building on the Level 4 EV course we have put together a specific HV Battery Repair course. This has been designed to enable the delegate to understand the challenges and solutions into diagnosing, repairing and testing of the modern HV Electric Vehicle Battery pack.
As the number of Electrically propelled vehicles hit the roads is ever increasing and as they get older, one of the major concerns and costs will be the HV Battery failures.
This 2 day course will focus on different types of HV battery assembly, the analysis, diagnosis, repair techniques and testing. The course content will include:

Electric Vehicle Charging System Operation, Types and Troubleshooting

Apart from Hybrid vehicles all EV’s need charging. If they can’t be charged then the vehicle cannot be used. This 1-day course will educate the delegate to understand the different types of charging, both AC and DC, the different levels and modes of charging along with the types of chargers, cables and how the vehicle connects to the charger. Fault finding into why a vehicle will not charge and the diagnosis will be addressed in practical tasks throughout the course. The course content will include:
